As puppies grow up, they will explore the world in new ways!

This can present new adventures along with challenging times. Our Puppy Middle School program will help you address unwanted behaviors so that you both can get back to the fun!

At first, lessons are held in the comfort and convenience of your own home. This also provides a safe and controlled environment for your puppy’s first lessons. Once you are ready, we will then apply these skills out in new places.

Each private lesson is personalized to your specific needs. Through this program, you’ll teach your pup how to:

• Act confidently around unfamiliar people, places, or things
• Behave politely around your family, friends, and other dogs
• Avert unwanted behaviors and comply with your commands

Program Details

• You schedule your own lessons using K9 Prep School’s online calendar.
• Lessons are held in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
• Each lesson lasts approximately 60 minutes.
• The price for each lesson is $60.
• Payment is due at the end of each lesson.
• Payment can be made with check or cash (credit cards or electronic payment are not currently accepted).

Show off your new well-mannered pup with the AKC® Canine Good Citizen® Program. This test assesses your pup’s polite manners and compliant obedience in practical everyday settings. Our head dog trainer, John Krasich, is a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and can help guide you through the skills you’ll need to pass the test.
